Ruhan is a Certified Acupuncturist registered with the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Ontario.
Ruhan brings over 7 years of experience in the health and wellness industry, including working as a physiotherapist in her home country of Turkey. She is currently working towards her physiotherapist registration here in Ontario.
She prides herself on the utilization of both Eastern and Western techniques when assessing and treating patients.
Her treatments incorporate a plethora of modalities including; dry needling (great for trigger points), gua sha (ideal for myofacial release), kinesiotaping, heated or wet cupping, tuina and joint mobilizations.
Acupuncture is holistic treatment that is used as treatment method for diseases like migraine, stress, insomnia, fibromyalgia, pain management such as shoulder, knee, back pain, sciatica, tendon inflammation , carpal tunnel syndrome, dysmenorrhea so on, and all other gynaecological, orthopaedic, neurological, respiratory, vascular or internal medicine diseases as well.
